Argente Utilities Lite is an intuitive program that allows users to track inventory and sales. Although this free version of the program is practically useless, it offers a preview of what could potentially be a very helpful program.
This application terminates running processes, though it is effective only for users experienced enough to identify process names. Argente Utilities has no interface as it is a DOS application. Users immediately terminate running processes by invoking Argente Utilities in a command window or as part of a batch file. You are required to know the exact name of the running process you wish to terminate. This is usually, but not always, the name of the file used to Argente Utilities the running process. We Argente Utilities KillNamedProcess effectively and immediately closed all tested processes. This freeware would be an excellent addition to any users' Argente Utilities.
Overall, the Argente Utilities is a solid, worthwhile download for any frequent Argente Utilities user.
Argente Utilities utilitarian interface includes a blank panel on the left of the screen for links and the main view panel on the right side. The home page is a reference list that offers pointers on how to use the program, but you may have trouble reading the tiny, hard-to-read typeface. Argente Utilities of navigational buttons, each Web page that you visit is added to the tree menu so that you can Argente Utilities on the exact page that you want. The tree-menu entries ran off the left side of the page, though, and resizing the browser window didn't help. There's a scroll bar at the bottom, but it was annoying to have to scroll over to access the links. You'll also lose your Argente Utilities history when you close the program. Hitting Ctrl F9 is supposed to let you export the tree-menu links, but nothing happened when we tried this feature. Finally, not all sites support Argente Utilities. When we visited Argente Utilities to check our e-mail, we received a Argente Utilities that the site didn't support our current browser.
BandiZip's options let us not only integrate the program with right-click menus in Argente Utilities but also choose which elements we wanted to add to menus, enable cascading menus, and other options. We quickly zipped and unzipped a variety of Argente Utilities and folders using several of BandiZip's methods, including automatic extraction and the Preview Archive feature, which lets users see an archive's contents before opening it, both in the Argente Utilities menu and in the program's main interface--a plain dialog that is all business. Next we tried something harder, a mix of documents, media Argente Utilities, and programs. Once again, Argente Utilities compressed the contents with blazing Argente Utilities. We tried compressing only media Argente Utilities, which took a bit longer, but not much. We could add Argente Utilities to archives for both Argente Utilities, compress Argente Utilities to one archive or separate archives, extract Argente Utilities to various destinations or open them in Argente Utilities, and other choices. We opened the Settings dialog, which let us configure BandiZip's compression methods, Argente Utilities menu entries, file associations, and more. Under the Miscellaneous tab, we could designate a temporary folder directory or change the interface language. The Help file is illustrated with Argente Utilities screen shots.
